We offer to supply legal services to you in Queensland.
This proposal is submitted on the basis of Hall Lawyer’s provision of legal services, primarily debt recovery to you.

With having years of experience in debt recovery, commercial litigation and insolvency fields we have a reputation for quality and reliability in the legal profession and with the Courts.
Reporting and Access
We commit to proactively report on the progress of each matter being conducted, subject to your specific requirements i.e. reporting centrally on matters once per month or alternatively, reporting on each matter as the need arises.
Turnaround
We act on your instructions as soon as they are to hand, meaning:
- Letters of demand will be issued the same day.
- Proceedings based on Credit Agreements and Guarantees will be issued within 24 hours of instructions.
Further commitment to you
Our commitment to you includes that we will:-
- Act in your best interest at all times;
- Provide you with expert advice and recommendations;
- Provide you with necessary updates relevant to changes in Laws and procedures; and
- Recommend tactical litigation to maximise recoveries of monies owed to you.
Billing Procedure
Pursuant to our standard billing procedure, and in accordance with our standard Client Agreement, interim accounts are issued on a monthly basis. Upon completion of each matter a final account is rendered. Payment of our accounts is required to be received by our office within fourteen (14) days of receipt by you.
Legislation requires that we provide a Client Agreement and Disclosure Notice to Client to you for execution and return. We cannot commence action on your behalf until we have received the executed Client Agreement and Disclosure Notice from you.
Fee Structure & Pricing
Our fee structure and pricing is set out clearly in our Client Agreement with you. Naturally as we perform debt collection work we do not, as a general rule, time cost Magistrate Court actions, even if defended, as time cost costing proceedings, may in many cases, cause the debt collection process to be uneconomical for our client.
While we will provide expert advice and service to you relative to all of your Debt Collection, Insolvency and / or Commercial Litigation needs, we will not provide advice, recommendations or representation, or seek to undertake any work that is not within our fields of practice.
We trust that you have found this introduction to our firm to be informative and we welcome the opportunity to discuss your requirements, and the potential of our firm being of service to you.
